# Compounding Has No Compassion!

Compounding works both ways. If I eat clean and work out daily, my health improves, and my weight usually drops. If I don't, my weight increases, as do my health risks.

If I save money today and allow time, that money compounds. If not, I will be at the mercy of others.

Eventually, compounding can go either way, that is your choice, pay the price now or later.

Compounding does not care; it just works!
