In my previous blog, "Successful People Do Not Make Excuses," I make no excuses for being overweight. I overeat.

It is so easy to blame: "I was busy," "I was in a hurry," "I was hungry," "I love ju-jubes"-whatever the excuse, it will work.

There are millions of articles about nutrition, about being temperate. If we don't have the time to learn about clean nutrition, the benefits of daily exercise and sound sleep, well, that is an excuse as well.

As I have only one shot at life, I vow to eat cleaner!
